This bread…omg! I absolutely love it! Made without refined sweeteners, butter or gluten!
It’s made with blanched almond flour and coconut flour, such great use of the two!! This bread is a household favorite, I honestly could eat a piece every morning with my coffee. Its is so moist, so flavorful, and HEALTHY! Now that is a winning combo!
I got all my ingredients from my favorite grocery store, aka Trader Joe’s. I pretty much love that place! Make sure you use balanced almond flour not almond meal, it will totally change the texture if you choose to use almond meal. I hope you enjoy this banana bread as much as me!
