When I think of banana whip all I want to do is sing “watch me whip whip watch me nae nae.” But unfortunately I just can’t get the moves down. So here we go with this naturally sweet dessert. I mean avoiding refined sugar is hard. If you start to pay attention to food labels you will notice they put added sugars in most packaged food. Everything from that splash of coffee creamer to your salad vinaigrette, your probably putting away more grams of sugar than you realize.

If your anything like me, you want to eat healthy and take care of yourself, isn’t that what we all want!! May I suggest starting with lowering your sugar intake. I have dropped 30+ pounds by lowering my sugar and carb intake.

I’m not saying get rid of sugar, just introduce yourself to a new kind of sugar. Im talking about natural plant derived sweeteners, whole ingredients.

Keep an open mind your tastebuds will shift as you drop refined sugar out of your diet.

I am a mama bear of two amazing toddlers, Fiori age 2, and Kyson age 4. This blog has come about because of them!! I want to give them the very best in life including a strong diet foundation at home. On vacation, birthdays parties or when we are out I don’t fuss. I want them to experience everything in life, I know when they are eating at home they are getting the very best, and while out at a birthday party.. get down with your bad self! It’s all about balance and moderation, and creating a healthy relationship with your food.

So I was scrolling through Pinterest, one of my many favorite hobbies. I came across a fruit pizza made of sugar cookie, custard and fruit. My mouth instantly watered. I thought for a few minutes and it came to me, I am going to clean this up, then chow down. This dessert pizza has become a family favorite. You can mix up the fruit toppings however you like.
