Breakfast 😻 Quick oats cooked in water, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and a pinch of salt. Topped with Pb & Chia berry jam, figs, walnuts, and toasted coconut! I woke up before the sun, and got my workout done 🙌🏽👊🏽 I really need to diligently work on becoming a morning person, days run much smoother when I’m up early! Mornings…. I’m learning to love you! The hardest part really is just getting out of my cozy bed.
