1cupmashed cooked sweet potatopuree to avoid strings

2tspcoconut oilmelted
1cupcashew butteror sub any nut or seed butter
Instructions
1. Pre heat oven to 350. Line a 8 inch square baking dish line with parchment paper. 2. Mix together wet ingredients and coconut sugar. 3. In a separate bowl stir together dry ingredients, leave out chocolate chips. 4. Combine dry mixture and wet mixture till smooth and mixed. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread batter into prepared baking dish.5. Bake for 25-30 minuets, till top is puffed and dry looking. Let cool 10-15mins. Enjoy! xx
