The kind of balls everyone loves!! I can’t even say that with a straight face… Bliss balls have been a Instagram trend, and now are popping up in local juice bars and shops. Type in bliss ball into your google search bar… you’ve just opened pandoras box. Where does the word bliss ball even come from?!
These magical balls are made of whole ingredients, no added sugars, easy to make, and as photogenic as Giselle Bundchen. I always keep a batch in the fridge, they last about a week. They also are a great addition to school lunches. If your looking for a nutritious snack, these are of you!

- 1 cup raw almonds
- 10 pitted gooey medjool dates (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder (sub unsweetened cocoa powder)
- 1 tbsp reshi powder (OPTIONAL)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
In a food processor, place all ingredients and process for about 1-2 minutes.
You want a sticky crumbly texture. If your dates aren't as gooey try adding a splash of water while running your food processor, it will make it sticky.
