Burrata and Truffle Oil Pizza

Hello, everybody, it is the weekend and I am so excited to bring you this recipe, this is hands down my absolute favorite pizza and they say it with confidence. Last weekend we were at a baseball event with my oldest and they have this amazing pizza truck there. When we went to go order pizzas we saw that the wait was over 40 minutes, sorta made me cry on the inside ???? I mean what is better than the smell of fresh pizza! But we had the baby with us and it was close to nap time so 40 minutes could’ve felt like an eternity! We had to take off and headed to our local Italian market to pick up all the ingredients we needed to make our own pizzas at home.

Upon walking into the store it smelled of fresh marinara sauce and meatballs boy did it have my stomach growling! I spotted burrata cheese and a bottle of white truffle oil and I knew exactly what I was going to make myself, Burrata and Truffle Oil Pizza! This pizza is superb the mix of the truffle oil and balsamic glaze with the creamy burrata really does it for me ????.

How to make Burrata and Truffle Oil Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to four 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix olive oil and garlic spread garlic oil over your 12-inch pizza crust.
  3. Spread your can of crushed Centro tomatoes evenly over your crust. And sprinle with paremersan and salt.
