Peanut butter cookies remind me of my childhood at Christmas time. Every year my 4 siblings and I would make Santa a nice batch of peanut butter cookies with M&M’s on top. I’m almost certain we gave Santa a sugar high. No shame in our game, we all need to treat ourselves every now and then.
These peanut buttaaaa cookies the perfect amount of sweet and chewy. Yes thats totally how I say it… Now lets say it together, is “peanut butaaaaa’ time! I love to crumble one of these cookies on my morning chia pudding or on top of a smoothie bowl, so good!! They are the perfect grab and go cookie, without guilt!
