– arugula – Bosc pear cored and sliced – steamed and peeled beets – candied pecans – goat cheese
Golden Balsamic Dressing
– yellow mustard – golden balsamic vinegar – white balsamic reduction – extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil – agave – dried oregano – salt & pepper
