Pesto
– cilantro – green onion sprig – small jalapeño (seeds removed for less spicy) – raw almonds – olive oil – Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.In a small baking dish add in your tomatoes, basil, oregano, & garlic, salt, pepper toss, and coat.

Bake tomatoes for 30 minutes.

While tomatoes bake combine your pesto ingredients and in a food processor or a small bullet blender pulse till smooth.
