– cherry tomatoes – oregano – basil – garlic cloves minced – olive oil – Salt & Pepper to taste Pesto – cilantro – green onion sprig – small jalapeño (seeds removed for less spicy) – raw almonds – olive oil – Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.In a small baking dish add in your tomatoes, basil, oregano, & garlic, salt, pepper toss, and coat.

2. Bake tomatoes for 30 minutes.

3. While tomatoes bake combine your pesto ingredients and in a food processor or a small bullet blender pulse till smooth.

4. Add pesto on top of roasted tomatoes followed by Burrata, salt, and pepper. Serve with warm toast, enjoy!
