These Easy Grilled Chicken Street tacos are going to hit the spot. These tacos are one of my favorite recipes, made in a quick and easy marinade that is packed with authentic flavor, everyone loves these tacos.

Chicken Thighs

Key Ingredient

– chicken thighs – avocado oil – limes, juice of – garlic cloves, minced – caldo con sabor de pollo – chili powder – cumin – smoked paprika – salt – pepper For Serving – corn tortillas, warmed – avocado, sliced – diced onion – diced cilantro – cheese

1. Start by placing your chicken thighs in a medium-size bowl. Pour over the marined ingrdeints, lime juice, avocado oil, minced garlic, Caldo con Sabor de Pollo, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix in ingredients tossing and coating the chicken.


2. Let marinate in the fridge for 45 minutes - 5 hours.


3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 425 degrees.


4. Remove chicken from the marinade. Cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and transfer to a cutting board.


5. Dice chicken into bite-size cubes.


6. Layer chicken pieces into a warm tortilla and top with your favorites. Enjoy!
