– butter – diced white onion – chopped carrots – chopped celery – garlic cloves, minced – salt – oregano – fresh thyme leaves – chicken bullion – chicken broth – water – chicken breast – medium egg noodles – fresh thyme or parsley for serving

INSTANT POT SAUTE

1. Turn your Instant Pot to saute mode. Let it get hot.

SAUTE

2. Add in your butter, onions, carrots, and celery. Saute for 3-4 minutes until the onion softens and becomes translucent.

ADD & STIR

3. Add in minced garlic, salt, oregano, and fresh thyme. Pour in the chicken broth and water, and chicken bullion then gently stir.

PRESSURE COOK

4. Close the lid on the Instant Pot and make sure the needle is in the sealed position. Pressure cook for 12 minutes. Once complete let the soup natural release for 10 minutes and remove the lid.

SHRED THE CHICKEN

5. Carefully remove the chicken breast from the broth and shred with 2 forks. Place chicken back in the soup.

POUR & COOK

6. Pour in noodles and turn the instant pot back to saute mode. Cook for another 8 minutes or until noodles is soft. Turn off instant pot by pressing cancel. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.

SERVE

7. Serve with fresh thyme or parsley, enjoy hot!
