– chicken thighs, boneless skinless
– brown sugar
– garlic cloves, finely chopped
– Sriracha or sub chili garlic paste
– soy sauce
– chicken broth
– black pepper
– sprigs of green onion, diced
2. Make the sauce by combining the chicken broth, brown sugar, sriracha, garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper. Bring sauce to a simmer whisking frequently. Pour half the sauce into your baking dish. And the other half on top of your chicken in your baking dish. Cook for 40 minutes, or until chicken is done 165 ºF.
