PREHEAT THE OVEN

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

PREP THE TIN

2. Spray muffin tin generously with nonstick spray.

MIX TOGETHER

3. In a medium bowl mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to taste.

ASSEMBLE THE EGG BITES

4. To each muffin slot, add about 1 tbsp of greens, tomatoes, bacon, and a sprinkle of cheese.

SIMPLE INGREDIENTS

– baby greens, chopped ( baby spinach works great) – tomato, diced and seeded – strips bacon, cooked and crumbled – shredded cheddar cheese – large eggs – milk ( if using almond use unsweetend) – salt and pepper to taste
