COMBINE & TOSS

1. Add chicken thigh pieces to a large bowl, and add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch. Toss and coat all the chicken pieces.

COOK THE CHICKEN

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil. Melt butter into the oil, and once hot and bubbly, add chicken pieces in an even layer. Work in batches if the skillet is not big enough to hold all the chicken pieces in an even layer. Cook chicken until sides are golden brown, about 8-minutes.

ADD & MIX

3. Next, add the garlic, honey, chicken stalk, and lemon juice. Mix to combine and let the chicken simmer for a few minutes to let flavors meld. Let the liquid cook off till the chicken sauce is sticky.
