Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray or line with foil.
Add the grated parmesan panko crumbs, basil, parsley, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and ground turkey in a large mixing bowl. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then add them in. With a fork or your figures, mix till combined.
With a scoop or a spoon, scoop the meat out and gently roll it into 1 and 1/2 inch meatballs. You will get approximately 20 meatballs.
Brush each meatball with olive oil.
Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F on an instant-read thermometer. Meatballs should be cooked in the center when cut in half.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the side to serve them with (pasta, rice, buns, salad, spaghetti squash, etc..).
Serve meatballs hot and topped with sauce, grated cheese, herbs, or chili flakes. Enjoy!
