Ingredients
 

  • 10-12 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 3 ½ tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp grainy dijon
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and spray your baking dish with cooking oil.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix the mustard's, honey, spices, salt, and pepper. Add in the chicken drumsticks, toss, and coat evenly, getting mustard mixture under the chicken skin.
  • Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking dish. Bake chicken in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Broil for the last 3 minutes for perfectly crisp chicken skin. Enjoy!
