Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex, pretzels, popcorn, M&M’s, and crushed peppermint.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20–30 second intervals until smooth.
Pour the melted white chocolate over the snack mix and gently fold until evenly coated.
Spread mixture onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.
Let set for about 20 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
Break into pieces and serve or package for gifting.
Notes
Use any Chex cereal you love, rice, corn, or a combo all work great.
Make sure the popcorn is plain and fully cooled before mixing.
Melt white chocolate slowly to avoid scorching — microwave in short intervals.
Add the M&M’s
before
the chocolate sets so they stick to the mix.
For extra peppermint flavor, drizzle a little more melted white chocolate on top and sprinkle with peppermint.
Want color? Add Christmas sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
Let the mix fully harden before breaking for clean chunks.
Perfect for gifting, pack into treat bags or tins!
