PREHEAT & PREP

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray or line with foil.

COMBINE & MIX

2. Add the grated parmesan panko crumbs, basil, parsley, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and ground turkey in a large mixing bowl. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then add them in. With a fork or your figures, mix till combined.

SCOOP & ROLL

3. With a scoop or a spoon, scoop the meat out and gently roll it into 1 and 1/2 inch meatballs. You will get approximately 20 meatballs.

BRUSH & BAKE

4. Brush each meatball with olive oil. Bake the meatballs for 15–20 minutes, or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F on an instant-read thermometer. Meatballs should be cooked in the center when cut in half.
