Key Ingredient

PREP SWIRL

1. Combine  blueberries, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a small  saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Cool completely.

PREP STREUSEL

2. Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add melted butter and stir until crumbly.

COMBINE

3. In  a bowl, whisk browned butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar.  Whisk in eggs and vanilla. Add sour cream and buttermilk until smooth.
