These easy Baked Chicken Legs will be a hit in your household! Chicken Drumsticks are marinated in the most delicious chimichurri style marinade and then baked to golden brown perfection. This dish is a perfect weeknight meal the whole family will love.

Key Ingredient

ADD & PULSE

1. To a food processor add basil leaves, parsley leaves, green onion sprigs,  dried oregano, and garlic cloves. Pulse in short burst roughly 10 times, until everything‘s chopped.

ADD 

2. Poor in lemon juice white balsamic vinegar olive oil salt and pepper. Pulse for another 3 to 5 seconds.

MARINATE

3. Set aside 3 tablespoons of the mixture. Place chicken in a bowl or Ziploc bag and poor herb mixture over. Toss and coat the chicken till it is covered in herb mixture. Transfer to the fridge and let marinate for 1 to 24 hours.
