PREHEAT & PREP

1. Pre-heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper that hangs over for easy removal.

WHISK TOGETHER

2. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, pumpkin puree, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and almond milk. Whisk till well combined.

STIR IN

3. Add in the almond flour, pumpkin spice and baking powder. Stir in the dry ingredients till combined.
