A new favorite in the Carrera household and I am positive this Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken will be a favorite in your house too! Made with simple ingredients and very minimal active cooking. This chicken is best served with some rice and tons of sauce.

PREHEAT THE OVEN

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Pat chicken dry with paper towels, discard the towels.

MAKE THE SAUCE

2. Make the sauce by combining the chicken broth, brown sugar, sriracha, garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper. Bring sauce to a simmer whisking frequently. Pour half the sauce into your baking dish. And the other half on top of your chicken in your baking dish. Cook for 40 minutes, or until chicken is done 165 ºF.

GARNISH

3. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Best served with starch and lots of sauce. Enjoy!
