1. Start by whisking together lemon juice, vinegar, dried oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

Sauté the asparagus

2. In a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat, add in asparagus. And pour in half the lemon juice mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-8 minutes or till the desired doneness.

3. Drizzle with the remaining lemon mixture and top with cherry tomatoes, Parmesan, and pine nuts. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges, and enjoy!

For making  in the oven

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet and add asparagus in a single layer.
