Notes
Fresh grapefruit juice is best choice. Bottled juice will not taste the same. Squeeze it right before making the cocktail for best results. The deep red color comes entirely from pomegranate juice. Zero food coloring anywhere in this recipe.Tajin rim is non-negotiable. The chili lime salt against the sweet tart cocktail is one of the best flavor contrasts you will taste.Warm the honey slightly if it is very thick so it dissolves easily into the cold cocktail.Shake vigorously for the full 15 seconds for a perfectly chilled cocktail.Film the pour shot. The deep red liquid hitting the ice and swirling is your money filming moment.Always make and film the mocktail version too.Serve immediately. This cocktail is most beautiful the moment it is made.Always drink responsibly 💗
