PREP THE SHRIMP

Add your raw shrimp to a medium-size bowl. Add in the avocado oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, parsley, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

MARINATE

Toss and coat the shrimp. Cover and let marinate for 15 minutes to 1 hour. Do not marinate longer as the lemon juice will start cooking the shrimp.
