– shredded chicken – cumin – garlic powder – chili powder – dried oregano – smoked paprika – lime, juice of – jack cheese – cream cheese – corn tortillas, taco size Chipotle Crema – Mexican crema – chipotle pepper from can – garlic clove – lime, juice of – salt

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and prepare your baking sheet with cooking spray, set aside.

2. In a large bowl mix together the cooked shredded chicken, spices, green chilies, lime juice, and cheeses.

3. Heat the corn tortillas. Fill each tortilla with approximately 2 tbsp chicken mixture in the center and spread out lengthwise. Roll up and set it seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake taquitos for 20 minutes.

5. To a blender add crema, chipotle pepper, garlic clove, lime juice, and salt.
