1. Turn Instant pot to sauté mode, once pot is hot add in avocado oil then sausages. Cook for 5-minutes, breaking up sausage and browning it. Add in the onion, celery, and carrots, sauté for 5–7 minutes, just until the onions start to get tender.

ADD & STIR

2. add in crushed tomatoes, lentils. oregano, salt, bay leaf, and pour over the broth.

PRESSURE COOK

3. Place the lid on the instant pot with the valve sealed. Select pressure-cook and set the timer for 15-minutes.
