How to make Honey Balsamic Figs and Burrata
This recipe requires no cooking, perfect for warm weather days. In a shallow bowl or appetizer plate place the burrata ball. With a knife slice it once vertically and once horizontally. Serve it with warm toasted baguette or sourdough bread.

Due to increasing popularity, I’ve seen it at all markets. It’s always next to the fresh parmesan and mozzarella in a plastic tub. The stores I always see it at are Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s.
