Ingredients
 

1 & 1/2 cups mashed bananas (3)

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 eggs

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 cups milk, plant or regular

2 cups old-fashioned oats

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

    Add the bananas to the baking dish and mash with a fork. Add in the eggs, maple syrup, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cinnamon till combined.

      Whisk in the milk.

        Finally, stir in the oats and chopped walnuts.

          Bake for 45 minutes until the top is golden and the edges are slightly crisp.
