There is nothing I love more than Greek food, I sometimes wonder why I don’t make it more often the flavors always seem to agree with my taste pallet. More than anything I just love food full of fresh bold flavors. These chicken gyros are nothing short of fresh and delicious tasting!
I feel like maybe I need 10x the amount of tzatziki in my gyro then the average person but that’s just how I roll. I love sauces and dips more so then I am willing to admit. This recipe is a cinch to make and something the whole family can enjoy! My kids leave out the onion but will eat the rest. I had leftover pickled red onion so I used it for this recipe however fresh red onion is great too!
