Cheddar cheese stuffed Cauliflower is a delicious dish that is smothered in cheddar cheese and covered in the best buttery garlicky Panko. Serve it as a side dish, appitizer or as your main dish for a meatless meal!

Cheddar Cheese Stuffed Cauliflower

This cheesy stuffed cauliflower is one of my absolute favroite ways to eat this amazing veggie! You can not go wrong smothering cheese on any dish, haha! If you love the cheesey cauliflower combo you need to make my Cauliflower Mac and Cheese with Bacon, its to die for!!!

Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables! It is so versatile and easily adaptable to fit into so many different recipes. This cheddar cheese stuffed cauliflower hits all the marks for me it’s crunchy, cheesy, fresh from garlic, and so hard to stop eating!

Cheddar Cheese Stuffed Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS LIST FOR THE CHEDDAR CHEESE STUFFED CAULIFLOWER 

  • One head of cauliflower (2 pounds)
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  •  2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of each: salt, oregano, and basil
  • 1/3 cup of Panko
  • 8 ounce block cheddar cheese, cut into logs
  • 3 tablespoon of freshly grated Parm

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Cook your cauliflower in boiling salted water for 8 minutes.
  2. To a small pan over medium heat add in your butter and minced garlic. Cook till golden brown, about 2 minutes. Turn off heat and mix in salt oregano and basil and Parmesan.
  3. Drain cauliflower and trim stem if needed. Stuff the cauliflower with cheddar cheese logs, be careful not to break the florets. Cover with golden panko and sprinkle with more parmesan, if desired. 
  4. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes, serve hot, enjoy!
