These flavorful juicy turkey burgers are some of the best I’ve ever tasted! Made with 6 ingredients these will be your new favorite turkey burgers.

I can not believe how fast the summer has flown by! We are getting ready for the kid’s school to start this week. This also means my schedule will be spread very thin! They will be starting off at home which means I now will step into the role of teacher on top of everything else! It’s somewhat overwhelming but we will manage, day by day, am I right?

Luckily I have pretty much mastered the 20-30 minutes easy and delicious dinners. These Juicy Turkey Burgers are one of my favorite go-to dinners, especially when I just don’t know what I want to make or feel like there is nothing to eat in the fridge, ha! The ingredients in these burgers are simple, but they pack so much flavor.

The kids had no idea these patties were packed with zucchini. 

How to make Juicy Turkey Burgers

  • Combine ground turkey and shredded zucchini. Simply add both to a medium bowl and combine.
  • Add spices, the spices blend so nicely in these burgers and the flavor is incredible.
  • Shape patties, this can easily be done by rolling patties into six same size balls then flattening them our using the bottom of a measuring cup.
  • Cook stovetop in a large skillet browning both sides, 8-10 minutes. 
  • If you choose to grill these burgers they will have the great char taste! To grill freeze burgers 10 minutes prior to grilling, this will help burgers keep the shape. Grill patties 8 minutes, flipping once.

Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 medium zucchini, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    1. Combine ground turkey and shredded zucchini. Simply add both to a medium bowl and combine.
    2. Add spices, the spice blend so nicely in these burgers and the flavor is incredible. 
    3. Shape patties, this can easily be done by rolling patties into six same size balls then flattening them our using the bottom of a measuring cup. 
    4. Cook stovetop, add oil to a large skillet on medium heat. Brown both sides flipping once, about 8-10 minutes. 
    5. If you choose to grill burgers they will have the great char taste! Freeze burgers 10 minutes prior to grilling, this will help burgers keep the shape. Oil your grill grates to prevent sticking. Then preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill patties 8 minutes, flipping once. Enjoy!
