Hello friends! I know it’s been a serious minute. I pop in here and there now. Ideally not what I had planned however, this season of life has been taxing both mentally and physically. Raising four kids and two of them 1 year old and 5 months is a bit bonkers, to say the least! My older 2 are not yet teens so they aren’t so difficult yet! Since the kids have been home for summer I think I’ve done more dishes there past 10 weeks than I have in my whole life, haha. We love peach season in this household, it’s so amazing in both sweet and savory. Honey Peach & Chipotle Baked Brie combines that addicting flavor of sweet, spicy, and salty. Now picture that on top of melty gooey cheese, sinfully delicious!

How To Make Honey Peach & Chipotle Baked Brie
This recipe is very simple to make and even easy to prepare. Ingredients are minimal too, it’s a winner all around! Always start by preheating the oven, next chop your peaches and jalapeño into tiny pieces, then toss in adobo sauce, olive oil, and honey. Score your brie and place it in a small baking dish, top with peach mixture, and bake. Top with chives and serve immediately.

- 1 large peach
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 tbsp adobo sauce, from a can

- 1 large peach
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 tbsp adobo sauce from a can
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Slice peach in half and remove the pit; dice in small chunks.
- Remove stems and seeds from jalapeño and dice them into small pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine peaches, jalapeño, adobo, olive oil, ad honey. Stir till combined.
- Place brie in a small baking dish and score the top. Pour over the peach mixture and bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
